Vyacheslav Matrosov has attracted great attention after he became a hero after he got into an altercation with a friend to turned out to be a pedophile.
After a fight with his father, Vyacheslav ‘Slava’ Matrosov, 35, Oleg Sviridov, 32, died of knife wounds and was discreetly buried in an unmarked grave.
However, Sviridov committed suicide during the forest brawl, according to investigators.

The rocket engine worker, was drinking with his friend Sviridov when he watched a video on the man’s phone showing his nine-year-old daughter being raped by Oleg Sviridov.
The father compelled the child sex abuser to dig his own grave in a wooded area in the country’s Samara region.
Sviridov died of knife wounds after a disagreement with Vyacheslav Matrosov and was buried in an unmarked cemetery.

Matrosov claimed he first reported the rapes to local officers, who then initiated a manhunt for Sviridov, but the father claimed he tracked down the alleged child abuser before the cops arrived.

Is Vyacheslav Matrosov Jailed?
Vyacheslav Matrosov has been jailed for 18 months in a strict regime Russian penal colony.
Matrosov was initially detained on suspicion of murder, which sparked outrage in Russia.
Krasnoglinsky Court in Samara found him guilty this week of ‘inciting’ his companion to commit suicide.
If Matrosov had been charged with murder, he may have faced a 15-year sentence.
Locals in Vintai village initiated a petition demanding that the rocket engine factory worker be acquitted and not imprisoned after admitting to the murder, which gathered 2,500 signatures.
