The protagonist had already determined that he wanted to leave medicine and work for a startup. The news came as a bit of a shock, especially considering the tale we’ve seen thus far this season.
Trevor was Billie’s biological son, although he was born after his mother was sexually assaulted when she was only thirteen years old.

According to TVLine, Fowler’s seven-month stint on the program has come to an end, and the actor has made no public comments about his departure.
According to Newsweek, Fowler was originally cast as a recurrent guest star on the program before being moved to a series regular, although he had only agreed to film a one-season storyline, which he has now finished.
